Using events throughout the year as a way of promoting your merchandise is a great way to boost sales on ebay. If you are retailing in the UK there is an 'event' associated with almost every month. You can easily integrate one or more of the events below, into your marketing plan, for example:-

January - January sales

February - Valentines day

March - Mothers Day

April - Good Friday/ Easter Monday (UK)

May - Get ready for Summer/ Make one up

June - Fathers Day

July - Back to School (kids)/ Make one up here, too

August - Back to School (kids)/ Make one up here, too

September - Get ready for winter

October - Summertime ends - turn clocks back

If you add in sporting events and competitions, minority ethnic festivals and events celebrated locally you can easily promote your products all year round.
